30-Day Free Swap on Single Presets
Because every voice is different, we don't do refunds — we do something better. If a single preset doesn't sit on your voice, we'll swap it free for any other single preset on the site within 30 days of purchase. Same day, zero questions, zero forms.
Bundles
Bundles already include every artist chain in the catalog, so there is nothing to swap them for. For that reason bundles are not part of the swap program. If you want maximum flexibility, start with a single preset.
How to Request a Swap
Email support@chainsaudio.com with your order number and the preset you'd like instead. We'll send the new download link the same business day.
Refunds
We don't issue cash refunds on digital downloads. The 30-day free swap covers the same problem — making sure you walk away with a preset that actually works on your voice.
