We stand behind our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products being digital goods delivered via internet download, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We cannot offer a refund or exchange unless accidental double payments have been made for the exact same product and version. Refunds are not permitted because digital goods cannot be revoked once they have been dispatched.
